01 Dec Skiing Season Has Arrived in Sun Valley!
It’s skiing time, friends!
We’re thrilled to report that Bald Mountain is officially open for business this ski season.
Dollar Mountain is currently set to open on December 10.
Today marks the start of Sun Valley’s most celebrated outdoor tradition, one that dates all the way back to 1936.
That year, the world’s first chairlifts for skiing were installed on Proctor and Dollar Mountain.
Ever since, Ketchum and Sun Valley have become a home to outdoor recreationists traveling from all over the world.
That constant influx of new and returning travelers has in turn built up a demand for places where said travelers can kick back, relax, and put their feet up after a long day.
We’re proud to be that place.
Feeling achy after a long day downhill? Come relax in your oversized jetted tub when the day is done.
Worked up an appetite while out on the slopes?
